Cassandra joined John Lewis as Director of Omnichannel in 2020. She is responsible for leading John Lewis’ omnichannel customer experience and digital innovation including app, instore technology and JL.com. She has spend her career in digital retail working on the start-up teams for Barneys.com & MrPorter.com. She then moved to Net-a-Porter to run In-Season website trading. In 2017, Cassandra joined Charlotte Tilbury as Global Director of Ecommerce leading the replatform and redesign of CharlotteTilbury.com. She loves the role of tech, products and innovation used to create incredible experiences for customers in all aspects of the shopping journey.
