• As CEO of Jigsaw and formerly CEO of Oasis & Warehouse how would you describe your leadership style? 
• What key life experiences outside of work have defined you as leader and team motivator and why? 
• When Oasis and Warehouse went into administration which led to 5,000 job losses.  How would you describe the experience?  
• How do you feel the retail organisation has changed over the last decade and what has that meant for leadership? 
• What does diversity and inclusion mean to you as a leader? 
• What are the key qualities needed for successful retail leadership in 2025 and why?
• Retail leaders often mention the challenge of imposter syndrome.  How can this best be overcome?
