The jargon of loyalty is heavy on digital. We often debate where "promotion" stops and loyalty starts, where "experiences" deliver a more loyal customer versus where they display truly fickle behaviour. Will has thought carefully about loyalty, both at Noble Panacea and across his career in digital.
