Her earlier career spans senior commercial, digital and marketing leadership roles at retailers including Monsoon Accessorize, Carphone Warehouse and Curry’s. Laura is currently a NED at Wickes.

Sienne Veit, Board Advisor

Sienne has held executive roles including chief product officer at Kingfisher, with previous senior omni-channel and e-commerce leadership positions at John Lewis & Partners, Marks & Spencer and Morrison’s, working across retail, platforms, and data. She currently advises boards, scale-ups and public-sector organisations and is a regular contributor to industry debate on innovation, product leadership and the future shape of digital organisations.

Paddy Earnshaw, Retail, Property & Technology Director – B&Q

Paddy moved into his current position in July 2024 having been the customer and digital director at B&Q for five years. He was appointed to the board in April 2019. Previously he had been in private equity and venture capital-backed retail, logistics and tech businesses. Paddy was previously chief marketing officer at House of Fraser and chief customer officer at Doddle Parcels..

Andrew Xeni, Founder & CEO - Fabacus + Founder & Chairman - Nobody’s Child  

After building a successful family manufacturing business supplying the UK high street, Andrew went on to establish responsible fashion brand, Nobody’s Child as well as building technology venture Fabacus, where he serves as CEO and also Soreto, where he acts as chairman. Fabacus and Nobody’s Child collaborated to launch a Digital Product Passport (DPP) solution in preparation for incoming legislation around the world, set to redefine the retail landscape.

Daisy Kelly, Founder - Glow For It

Daisy has built a growing social-first beauty brand born from her personal search for effective, transparent lash care. Since launching she has built a community of over 200,000 people across socials, selling more than 230,000 lash serums on TikTok Shop alone and going live for 12 hours a day. Glow For It is now the best-selling lash growth serum on TikTok UK. Daisy is currently expanding Glow For It beyond lashes and into skincare.

Rosie Bailey, Co-founder & CEO - Nibble Technology

Rosie is a banker turned AI founder transforming how B2B negotiations are done. After 20 years in finance, she co-founded Nibble, the award-winning AI negotiation platform now handling more than 100,000 negotiations every month across procurement and e-commerce. Rosie is also an experienced adviser, chair, and non-executive director as well as a supporter of STEM education. 

Sandrine Deveaux, NED and Luxury Sector Advisor

Sandrine is a consumer technology executive with over 25 years’ experience leading sales, marketing, product, and customer functions at some of the world’s most influential retail, luxury, and consumer brands, including Farfetch, Harvey Nichols, and MatchesFashion. She has built and scaled e-commerce businesses across start-up, growth, and turnaround environments, and has led enterprise and client adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-driven platforms and data-led transformation.

Gareth Jones, Chair, NED and Advisor

Gareth currently holds a number of non-executive and advisory roles including positions at the National Portrait Gallery, Abbott Lyon, White Stuff and Jigsaw. This follows a career working at a variety of retailers including Muscle Food and Missguided where he was CEO and at The Very Group where he spent seven years, which ultimately saw him holding the joint positions of group deputy CEO & COO.

Charlotte Morley, Founder – TheLittleLoop 

Charlotte founded TheLittleLoop in 2019 as a rental service for children’s clothing and has recently pivoted into pre-loved, which has resulted in the business enjoying extremely strong sales growth and repeat custom. The platform is also being used by a number of brands to power their take-back solutions. Previously Charlotte had spent two years at NotOnTheHighStreet and prior to that held positions in teaching and the Ministry of Defence.

Melissa Reed, Managing Partner - H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC)

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in consumer, retail and digital executive search and is currently a managing partner at HIEC leading the firm’s global consumer, digital & retail practice. She has worked with many leading international listed, private, and investor-backed clients on key positions including chief executive, non-executive director, and chair as well as a wide range of general management, functional and regional leadership roles. Melissa also advises on CEO succession planning and leadership assessment.

Rebecca DeNiro, Chair, NED and Advisor

Former MD of Dyson GB&I and CEO of Pure Electric, Rebecca has since gone on to hold chair, non-executive director and advisory roles across a number of SMEs and large corporates within PLC, private equity, family-owned and employee-owned organisations.
