A global multi-brand luxury retailer with £500 million+ turnover engaged Sparkbox to improve margin by optimising pricing. The retailer uses sale as a primary driver of traffic. In a proof of concept trial, we priced more than 30,000 products in 3 regions (USA, APAC, ROW) to improve volume and margin. The merchandising team estimated Sparkbox saves a team of 20 people 8 hours (each) of planning per week and we improved the accuracy of the team's demand forecasts by more than 20%.
