Ask Aura is the AI layer that makes your store data accessible to everyone — from your central HQ teams to your store managers. Instead of navigating dashboards or waiting for analyst reports, your team can simply ask questions in plain English and get direct, contextual answers drawn from all of your Aura Vision data.
How it works
Ask Aura sits on top of your full store analytics (that already measures: footfall, capture rate, dwell time, zone performance, product impressions, staff coverage, demographics, etc), and it understands context, time periods, and store-level comparisons, so you can ask things like:
- "Which stores had the biggest conversion drop last week and why?"
- "What's our average dwell time in the accessories zone across all sites?"
- "Which day did footfall peak in our Liverpool store this month?
Connected to store rankings
Ask Aura works hand-in-hand with Aura Vision's store performance ranking system. Every store is ranked live across metrics you configure such as footfall, capture rate, product impressions, till coverage, and others. Ask Aura surfaces what's driving each store's rank up or down, so you can see immediately which stores need attention and exactly why.
No data team required
This is the shift that matters: from knowing your numbers to understanding them. Store managers, ops directors, and trading teams can all get the answers they need without escalating to a data analyst or waiting for a weekly report.
