Ten years ago, we introduced the Shopopop platform in France to help grocers offer local delivery. What started as a way to provide delivery services to customers in rural and suburban areas has grown into one of the country’s largest local delivery service providers thanks to our local communities.
- We connect everyday commuters/neighbors with local retailers so online orders can be delivered quickly, flexibly, at lower cost and with reduced emissions.
- We are using existing commutes of +200,000 individuals to pick up orders directly in-store and bring them to customers efficiently. In return, they receive a small contribution while creating positive social connections.
- Retailers benefit from scalable last-mile capacity to meet growing customer expectations for same-day delivery, without the heavy operational burden
Today, Shopopop is the European leader in crowdshipping delivery, with over 15,000,000 million deliveries performed and over 7,000 partner retailers.
