Liz Barnes is the Founder and CEO of Freshwipes, a UK-based brand on a mission to make staying clean simple, no shower required.

What started as a garage-based idea has grown into a multi-million-pound business, with Freshwipes now stocked across retail, TV shopping and travel environments, including WHSmith Travel and QVC.

With a background in healthcare, Liz built Freshwipes to solve a real-world problem: helping people feel fresh, confident and cared for when traditional washing isn’t possible. Known for her honest, hands-on approach to scaling a brand, Liz shares the realities of building a business from scratch, testing, learning and growing fast along the way.
