Lynda is Chief Operating Officer at New Look, which includes responsibility for Transformation, Technology and Data. Since joining the business nearly two years ago, she has been focused on enabling a technology and data driven transformation, underpinned by significant shareholder investment. This includes a £30m injection to accelerate New Look’s digital growth, expand its proprietary Enterprise Data Platform, and embed data and AI across the business to deliver more personalised customer experiences, sharper decision-making and optimising online growth.

Lynda has significant leadership experience across a broad range of technical domains and industries, gained whilst working with and for FTSE 20, private equity-owned and Fortune 200 organisations. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered trailblazing solutions when businesses and industries have encountered major disruption and has been at the forefront of industry re-invention in a number of sectors during her time at New Look, Accenture and Barclays.
