Marisa Poster is the co-founder of PerfectTed—Europe’s largest matcha brand and the UK’s fastest-growing energy drink. Since launching in 2021, she’s helped scale the company to a £40 million run rate, with products now stocked in 30,000+ stores across 50+ countries. She’s been recognised as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Young British Entrepreneur of the Year, and led PerfectTed to become the #1 Fastest Growing Founder Led Business 2025.

What started as a personal search for calm, focused energy without the crash has since become a global movement to make matcha mainstream. Diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety, Marisa found that coffee and conventional energy drinks only amplified her symptoms. Matcha changed everything—giving her the clarity and stability she needed to thrive.

That experience sparked PerfectTed, co-founded with her husband and brother-in-law, and launched into the spotlight via BBC’s Dragons’ Den, where they secured one of the show’s most successful deals with Steven Bartlett.

Today, Marisa is not only building a category-defining brand—she’s also a passionate advocate for mental health and neurodiversity, using her story to shift stigma and show what’s possible.
