Sarah Boyd is the Managing Director of Sephora UK, and the driving force behind the brand’s proud return to the U.K. at the end of 2022. Since then, Sephora UK has gone from strength to strength across both channels, now boasting 12 stores nationwide and earning several major accolades, including Retail Week’s 2024 Specialty Retailer of the Year.

Alongside continued e-commerce innovation and the rollout of both iOS and Android apps, Sephora UK shows no signs of slowing down in 2026. The team remains deeply proud of their hyper-local approach to market entry and their unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion in every aspect of working life.

Before returning to the U.K., Sarah was the Managing Director for Sephora South East Asia, Korea and Oceania, from 2018, overseeing 16 countries plus the Centres of Excellence and wider support functions within the Regional Support Hub based in Singapore.

Sarah has spent most of her 30 year career in beauty, first on the brand side with L’Oréal, and then Bourjois Cosmetics, before transitioning to the retailer side of the industry, returning to Singapore where she grew up - to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer for Guardian Health & Beauty before moving to Sephora.

After being a passionate British voice pushing for the return of Sephora to the UK high street, Sarah returned to the UK in 2022 to bring the dream to reality alongside an incredible team.

Sarah is married to Charlie and they have four grown up children and two dogs between them!  They are all  thoroughly enjoying being  back in the UK after many years away.
