Marc is Chief Commercial Officer at Ecrebo, a global leader in the development and delivery of true one-to-one marketing solutions at the point of purchase, that partners with leading retailers across the globe in a broad range of industries. Using unique patented technology, Ecrebo deploys innovative software without impacting the POS, to work in real time for true customer engagement. Our partnership with McColls, through Rob and his team, is another example where we are delighted to work with a retailer that is innovating and willing to implement new ways to have one-to-one conversations with customers, influence their behaviour and drive loyalty.

Prior to his role at Ecrebo, Marc’s career has seen him working in both large scale listed corporates, and smaller earlier stage fintech and martech companies. Marc’s background was initially in payments, marketing and corporate development, spending 15 years at American Express in a series of global roles, working on major strategic partnerships, including those still in place today in the UK with British Airways. He then spent 4 years on the executive management board of Canadian loyalty company Aimia, who at the time owned and operated Nectar in the UK and Aeroplan in Canada. He has also then spent time in the fintech space, here in the UK, on the management team of payments and loyalty startup, Bink. He joined Ecrebo in mid-2021.
