Yes, your ticket is valid for the duration of the show which is from the 24 - 25th April 2024

Yes, the show is free to attend and your pass will give you access to the complete conference programme as well as networking opportunities such as the big retail party.

Yes, you may register on arrival at the show. We do advise that all visitors take the opportunity to pre-register via the show website.

Your badge will be issued closer to the show. We recommend you print your badge at home to save time queuing onsite. However, if you are unable to do this, there will be badge collection facilities at the show.

If you wish to edit your registration details, please email info@retailtechnologyshow.com and we will be happy to make amendments to your registration. 

Your visitor pass gives you access to the whole show on both Wednesday 26th April and Thursday 27th April. The pass allows you access to the full six track conference programme and networking opportunities such as the BIG Retail Party.

Please go to the Registration desks and they will print your ticket for you. Please have a form of ID with you as you may be asked for proof of company name as the show is only open to trade visitors. ID can be in the form of a business card.

We’ve partnered up with specialist accommodation agency Event Express to provide discounted hotel accommodation and flexible cancellation policies exclusively for the Retail Technology Show 2022 attendees. If you’re unsure of your requirements at this stage, the flexible cancellation terms will allow you to make amendments and cancellations at no charge until closer to the event date. However, we do advise that you book now and amend later in order to guarantee your preferred hotel.

There is free visitor wifi onsite.

A cloakroom service is provided during exhibition open days and is open 30 minutes before open and will close 30 minutes after the show closes each day. The cloakroom is situated in the right-hand corner (downstairs)  as you enter the exhibition hall. There is a charge per item left each day as well as an overnight fee.

Yes, there are several ATM’s in the entrances to Olympia. However, we recommend card and contactless payment wherever possible throughout the venue.

If you need a visa to attend the Retail Technology Show it is essential that you begin the application process as soon as possible, in order that you obtain your visa in time for the show or registration deadline. Visa application procedures for entering many countries, and in particular the UK, have become stricter and more complex following Covid-19, and therefore it can take much longer to process your application than anticipated. You must submit your own application to the relevant authority and follow up accordingly. The Retail Technology Show is unable to follow up your application on your behalf or enter into direct correspondence with consulates.

A Visa Support Letter will ONLY be issued to SPEAKERS and EXHIBITORS who have been invited by the Retail Technology Show or who have paid their exhibition registration fee in full. Once we have confirmed receipt of payment from the proposed attendee, we will need the full name, nationality, passport number, expiry date and date of birth for the attendee, only then can we issue a Visa Support Letter. The Visa Support Letter will confirm the event title, date and location. It will also confirm whether the individual is a speaker or exhibitor. It will not imply any undertaking to provide funding nor act as financial guarantee for your stay in the UK. The Retail Technology Show reserves the right not to issue a Visa Support Letter in certain cases even if above conditions have been met. Exhibition Fees will not be refunded in the case of a Visa not being obtained.

On arrival to Olympia, printed brochures with floorplans can be collected at the entrance. There will also be access to the floor plan through the visitor portal and app. 

No, our conferences / seminars are run on a first come, first served basis. All we advise is that visitors arrive at the seminars in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment.
