Visitors and Registration

Who can attend?

The Retail Technology Show is tailored for retailers to meet an array of vendors. Therefore, attendees of the Retail Technology Show are retailers and brands with decision making power.

No children under 16 are allowed at the show.

Can I use the same ticket to attend on both days?

Yes, your ticket is valid for the duration of the show which is from the 2nd - 3rd April 2025

Is the show free to attend?

Yes, the show is free to attend and your pass will give you access to the complete conference programme, as well as networking opportunities such as The BIG Retail Party.

Can I register on arrival to the show?

Yes, you may register on arrival at the show. However, we do advise that all visitors take the opportunity to pre-register to avoid queues on the day.

I am a student, am I able to attend the show?

Students are welcome to attend the Retail Technology Show however the show is heavily tailored to retailers and vendors

When will I receive my entry badge?

Your badge will be issued closer to the show. We recommend you print your badge at home to save time queuing onsite. However, if you are unable to do this, there will be badge collection facilities at the show.

Can I edit my registration details?

If you wish to edit your registration details, please email info@retailtechnologyshow.com and we will be happy to make amendments to your registration. 

Where does my visitor pass allow me access to?

Your visitor pass gives you access to the whole show on both Wednesday 2nd April and Thursday 3rd April. The pass allows you access to the full six track conference programme and networking opportunities such as The BIG Retail Party.

What if I have forgotten my pass when I arrive at the show?

Please go to the Registration desks and they will print your ticket for you. Please have a form of ID with you as you may be asked for proof of company name as the show is only open to trade visitors. ID can be in the form of a business card.

Is there free wifi at the venue?

There is free visitor WIFI onsite.

Is there a cloakroom?

Venue cloakrooms are open during event hours and are provided complimentary. The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0. 

Please note we are unable to store any items overnight and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in cloakroom at any time.

Is there anywhere to refill my water bottle?

Yes, there are four water refill stations located by the East and West Entrances as well as by the halls S4 and S7.

Is there an ATM?

Yes, there are several ATM’s in ExCeL London. There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Orzo Deli, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express. However, we recommend card and contactless payment wherever possible throughout the venue.

At The Show 

Where can I eat and Drink?

ExCeL London has over 40 onsite cafés, bars and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself. There are restaurants with table-service for more formal dining as well as grab and go options. Please view food & drink options here 

How do I find my way around the show once I’m there?

On arrival to ExCeL, printed brochures with floorplans can be collected at the entrance. There will also be access to the floor plan through the visitor app. 

Are you able to book the conferences?

No, our conferences / seminars are run on a first come, first served basis. All we advise is that visitors arrive at the seminars in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment.
