We're excited to welcome you to the RTS stage 22-23 April at the ExCeL, London! Bringing together over 125 industry-leading speakers, 15,000+ senior retail professionals and 450+ innovative solution providers, the show is a one of the most important gatherings in the global retail calendar. As a speaker, you play a key role in shaping the conversation and delivering valuable insight to a highly engaged audience of retail and technology leaders.
This page has been designed to support you in preparing for your session and making the most of your time onsite. From key timings and venue details to presentation guidance and speaker benefits, you’ll find everything you need ahead of the event.

Important Information:
Speaker Badge
All speakers will be pre-registered for the event. On arrival, please head to the Press & Speaker Registration desk at the S4 entrance to collect your badge using your QR code and then make your way to the Speakers Lounge.
We kindly ask that you wear your badge at all times during the event so our team can easily identify and assist you. Your badge will also give you access to the Speaker Lounge and other dedicated speaker areas.
Timings & On-Site Experience
Please arrive at the venue at least one hour before your session to allow time for check-in and preparation.
We operate strict timekeeping across all stages. Please return to the Speaker Lounge 20 minutes before your session, where you will be met and escorted to the stage.
Speakers are invited to join the Speakers Lunch in the Speaker Lounge between 12:00–14:00 on both days.
A speaker gift bag will be available to collect after your session as a thank you for taking part.
Floorplan
The Retail Technology Show takes place at Excel London, South Halls S3–S12, with access via the West Entrance.
The Speaker Lounge is located next to the Supernova Stage, providing a dedicated space for preparation, refreshments and networking throughout the event.
Promotional Assets
We encourage all speakers to help build excitement around their session by sharing their involvement with their network.
You will receive a selection of promotional assets to support this, including social graphics and suggested copy. Sharing your session helps drive attendance and guarantees a full theatre at the show.

RTS 'Studio 54' Podcast Studio
The RTS ‘Studio 54’ Podcast Studio offers speakers the opportunity to extend their reach beyond the stage.
Located onsite, the studio provides a professional setting to record interviews, share insights and engage with the wider retail community. If you’re interested in taking part, please speak to the team ahead of the event or during your time onsite.
AV & Presentations
For presentations only: Presentation stages are fully equipped with a lectern, screen, laptop and microphones. If you are presenting, please bring your slides on a USB in PowerPoint 16:9 format.
Our AV team will be available in the Speaker Lounge to assist with uploads and run-throughs ahead of your session. Videos can also be included, please bring these as separate files. Mac users presenting via Keynote should bring their own device and adapter.
